“The two elements of the GCM process which were most valuable to me were having the phone “scripts” available to know what to say and how to say it to “gatekeepers” so that I could get through to the right people. Also, having the potential interview questions and reviewing with Sue was incredibly helpful. There were some questions I would have had trouble answering – especially regarding salary – that Sue helped me to redirect in a more effective manner. I think being prepared for questions gave me an edge over other candidates when it came to the final interview process at the job I obtained.” – Belinda P
